Help and Delivery Information


*Sunday Delivery Limitations. No Same Day Delivery Guarantee on Sunday. Read more below for Sunday Order Information.

All gifts are delivered by our team to the patient room or to the appropriate custodian at the hospital. Depending on the facilities privacy and security policy, this may be the front desk, the flower room, the volunteer office, the hospital gift shop or another designated custodian. Orders are then delivered by the hospitals staff to the patient’s bedside.

Same-Day Delivery Cut Off Time
All floral, balloon and plant arrangements are prepared and delivered on the same day if ordered Monday thru Friday before 1pm in the reciepients time zone.

If a patient is discharged from the hospital before the gift is delivered, we can reroute a fresh arrangement to the discharged patient’s residence or other address.

Monday through Friday Hospital Deliveries
Same Day hospital delivery is available on floral, balloon and plant orders placed by 1:00p.m. in the receiving hospital’s time zone Monday – Friday (deliver delays may occur during holidays).

Saturday Delivery
Same Day floral, balloon and plant orders for Saturday delivery is available on most orders placed by 12:00p.m. in the receiving hospital’s time zone.(delivery delays may occur during major holidays).

* Sunday Delivery
Floral, balloon and plant orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and all orders placed on Sunday will not be guaranteed for Same Day Delivery. If Sunday delivery is unavailable, orders will be delivered on Monday (delivery delays may occur during major floral holidays).

Holiday Delivery Many locations are closed for major floral holidays including New Year’s Eve and Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day. Delivery will be made on the next business day.

Cancellation
Before canceling your order, please let us know if we may re-route to another address free of charge. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, food and balloons, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all orders that have been prepared for delivery. When an order is en route or delivery has been attempted at the location provided in your order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
