The Ordering Process

Make payment.

Download the PDF file that will provide you with an Order Key and a web link where you can easily provide the remaining order details and image upload.

Our artists will then prepare and digitally hand-paint your portrait.

A proof image of the portrait design will be emailed to you for your review.

Communicate directly with the artist to make any desired changes or enhancements to your portrait.

Once you have approved the proof, your custom digital oil painting will be finalized and installed into your specified frame and shipped.

Preparation & Shipping Time
Once your order is processed you will receive your first proof image within 2 business days. After final approval, your portrait will be shipped the next business day.

Delivers in 2-5 business days.
